At Lancer Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
